A Little about Myself

Raised in the shadow of a Marine Corps First Sergeant, my father instilled in me the virtues of service and leadership. From my formative years at Comeaux High, Class of ’75, to building a life in Lafayette, my journey has been one of commitment to our community. Leveraging my passion for construction, I’ve had the privilege of aiding thousands in our parish, be it through building homes or rebuilding lives. Beyond the construction site, my heart lies in coaching youth sports, where I’ve dedicated decades to nurturing young leaders, instilling in them the values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. My faith, a cornerstone of my existence, has guided me through every endeavor. As a devout Christian, I’ve found strength and purpose, ensuring my actions and decisions are always anchored in my deep-seated beliefs. My journey of over 48 years of service to our community is a testament to this unwavering faith. Today, as I stand ready to serve on the Lafayette Parish Executive Committee, I carry with me not just experience but a legacy of faith, service, and conservative values.
